Disney Premier Access is a unique membership that allows guests to pre-order films and skip the standby lines at popular attractions. The service is available to all Walt Disney World guests, not just those who own a MagicBand. As of June 2018, the Disney Premier Access plan was able to give guests access to more than 40 attractions and over 100 shows. This includes films such as the new Frozen and the upcoming Beauty and the Beast sequel. You can even stream films and watch them multiple times.
Pre-ordering films
Pre-ordering films with Disney Premier Access is a great way to get the latest movies as they are released. You can read synopsis, watch trailers, and read up on characters. However, you must have a Disney Plus subscription to access the service.
If you don’t have a subscription to Disney Plus, you can still watch movies through Premier Access. It’s a one-time fee of $30. Depending on the release, you’ll have a three-month window to see the film. After the window, the film will become available to all Disney Plus subscribers.
In fact, the first release to use the Premier Access release model was the live-action remake of Mulan. That movie sat out at the box office in many markets, but die-hard fans still showed up for its opening weekend.
Now, Disney is using the same model for Black Widow, a Marvel Studios movie set between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. The film will be released in theaters and on Disney+ with Premier Access in most Disney+ markets on July 9, 2021.
You can order Disney Premier Access titles by searching for the titles on the Disney Plus app. For each title you’d like to order, you’ll need to login to your account. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to click the “pre-order” button.
In addition to the titles already mentioned, Disney Plus is releasing Cruella, the 101 Dalmatians origin story, on May 28. Jungle Cruise featuring Emily Blunt will be available for Premier Access on July 30, 2021. Eventually, all of the Premier Access titles will be added to the Disney+ collection.
Although Disney will continue to use the Premier Access release model, some of its upcoming movies will be released in wide release. The new release Eternals is also expected to outsell Black Widow ticket sales four weeks after its release.
If you want to pre-order movies with Disney Premier Access, you can do so for $30. You’ll receive access to the title within hours of its theatrical premiere.
Watching films multiple times
Disney Premier Access offers the chance to watch films from your home at a fraction of the price of a cinema ticket. You will have to pay a subscription fee for the service, but it’s a great deal if you’re a movie buff.
To get started, you’ll need to register for a Disney Plus account and input your payment information. Then, you can start watching the best of Disney’s films. This service launched at the end of 2019, and has already reached over 103.6 million subscribers. It includes Disney’s entire Marvel Cinematic Universe and a vast selection of classic Disney films.
It’s easy to find titles on the Disney Plus site. Simply use the search bar to search for movies. Once you’ve found a title, click it. In the pop-up, you’ll be asked to enter your card details. When you’ve done that, you’ll see your credit card billed for the movie.
One of the big draws of Disney’s Premier Access is that it’s available on the same day as the movie’s theater release. However, if you’re not interested in seeing the film for a week or so, you can pause and resume it at your convenience. If you don’t want to make that kind of commitment, you can just wait for it to open in your local cinema.
Among the movies you’ll be able to watch through Disney’s Premier Access, you’ll have access to Marvel’s Black Widow, one of the most anticipated Marvel movies of all time. And, since it’s one of the first Marvel films to debut on the streaming service, you’ll get to experience it first.
Disney’s Premier Access isn’t for everyone, but it’s a good way to get a head start on your favorite new releases. You can also get great sound and picture quality from the movies you watch. They’re all in high definition and come with Dolby Audio.
Disney has had mixed success with its Premier Access program. The company hasn’t released all of its new releases on the service, so it’s hard to say whether it’s been a moneymaker. But if you’re a movie buff who wants the best of the best, Disney Premier Access is the way to go.
Skip multiple attraction standby lines
For visitors visiting the Disneyland Paris Park, a new feature called Disney Premier Access is available. It provides guests with the ability to skip multiple attraction standby lines. This can be a good option for those looking to save time, especially during busy seasons.
Guests can purchase a Disney Premier Access pass from the official Disneyland app. They can then enter the park at a specified time and scan a QR code to access the pass. The pass is then good for all of the attractions within the park. Some of the attractions are instantly accessible, but some require pre-ride set-up.
While this feature is helpful, it also has its downsides. First, it can be expensive. Prices vary by season and by demand. Depending on the number of people who have Premier Access, the price may be higher or lower. Additionally, some of the rides are not included in the priority access queue.
Second, it’s important to understand that there are two types of queues: a standby queue and a normal queue. Standby queues are for guests who meet height requirements, while the normal queue is for everyone else. A standby queue is usually shorter, but some of the more popular rides have long waits.
Fortunately, the Disney World Resort is offering a new type of Premier Access that can help guests avoid the longest line in the park. The Ultimate Pass can be purchased in advance for one or more attractions. If you buy the pass, you can also get a return ticket that can be used on several rides during the fireworks show.
In addition to the Ultimate Pass, you can also purchase individual Lightning Lanes, which allow you to skip the normal standby queue. Lightning Lanes do not work like FastPasses. Each ride has a separate entrance and a rider is assigned a specific window of time to experience the ride. These lane experiences are only offered once a day per attraction.
While Premier Access may be the best solution for visitors who plan to visit the parks frequently, it can be prohibitively expensive for those who are just visiting once or twice. As a result, it may be more tempting to just wait in line.
Streaming films
Disney Premier Access is a way for Disney Plus subscribers to watch new films. The movies are released on the same day that they debut in theaters. They also offer Dolby Audio sound and HDR. In addition, they can be streamed at home.
The first Disney Premier Access film was the live-action remake of Mulan. This film generated more than average revenue for Disney. It was available for 90 days on the service.
Two other films, Raya and the Last Dragon and Jungle Cruise, were also available through Disney Plus Premier Access. These movies were released between March 5 and June 4 of 2021. Another Disney Premier Access release is Black Widow. With actress Florence Pugh, the movie will be available on July 9, 2021.
Disney has also announced that it will continue to offer films through the Premier Access release model. The upcoming Marvel movie, Black Widow, is scheduled to premiere on the service on July 9.
Cruella, the 101 Dalmatians origin story, will debut on May 28. Cruella is set in the late 1970s punk era in London. Emma Stone plays the villain of the movie. There are also plans for sequels. A pre-order for the movie is still open.
Before you can access Disney Premier Access content, you will have to activate it. To do this, you will need to create an account on Disney+. You can use the stored payment information that you have on file, or you can pay through a new method. Once you’re signed up, you can search for Premier Access titles. If you want to buy a title, you can click on its name.
